Shot in the chest, falling off the side of a mountain and surviving, then getting a taste of the seedy world that his sister has been dealing with for years... He's had years to cope with the shakeup within his family and up until Canterlot he had done a good job of rebuilding himself, but he was always a bit damaged. Sadly, I had a lot of time off due to work and holidays and vacation and a few other things, including getting in touch with an old friend of mine.

The good news, as the title explains, I'm writing again! chapter 10 has only had a groundwork piece laid out, and is about halfway done, but it will likely need review and revising after consulting Silver. But at least you all know that it is forthcoming! Onward to the 100 upvotes for us both so we can into the Good HiE list possiblueities!

The only sad thing to say is that Mirrors story, along with its 2 sequels have been cancelled, but I may be handing the stories over to someone else to write, so look for that.

So I just finished watch "Mirror Magic" for about the one hundredth time and some thing occurred to me. Every person who has been infected with the bad magic turned into a demon like monster. Plus the magical orbs themselves seem to show signs of intelligence. So my question is this: is the magic that is seeping through from Equestria into the human universe alive, and if so was it alive before to traveled through the rift between worlds?

This is probably going to be a side project for the future or something; but since I can't look at Mirror Magic without the sheer amount of wasted potential making my brain hurt, I'm going to fix it. That involves making Juniper Montage more likable (not too difficult), making the overall plot more interesting (Juniper's Mirror Self doesn't actually do anything compared to the other corrupted characters), and avoid shuffling the rest of the Humane 7 off to the side in favor of Glim Glam.
