If you were looking at the shirts I sell...

... they're about to go away. My shirt printer is retiring, and I have no replacement.

After May 5 I'm going to take down the online order links on my little business's online store, and after this summer I'll clear out of whatever shirts I have left.

So if you'd noticed any of these before, now's effectively the last chance.

Not back to KSP yet, but I did do some space stuff.

I haven't touched KSP since my early experience with KSP2 was a combination of glitchy game and impossible-to-read UI. I've been thinking about it here and there, but I've had other things to do.

But that doesn't mean I'm not doing space stuff, and yesterday I finally edited and posted a video of such.

    My muse is nagging me.

I've done very little writing the past five months, partly due to being busy, but mostly due to recurring headaches when it's writing time.

I have a couple weeks off, and I'm going to try to make time to get back on my projects (the Octavia story and novelizing Peter is the Wolf). But my mind... well... it's trying to jump ahead, or possibly back.

    Life imitates art...

So where are the CSP books?? · 7:25pm Aug 5th, 2022

So, back in February I told you I commissioned the last two illustrations for the CSP print edition.

At the end of May, one of them actually came in.

Yesterday, I requested and got a refund from the other artist, who apologized for not following through. I'm not giving their name, because this might have been a one-off thing for them and I don't feel like hitting their reputation over this.

That said, I've just commissioned Jason Meador (who's already done about half the art for this, including the cover art over at FimFiction, which will also be the cover for the limited-edition artbook). I've told him this is a rush job, and he's eager to get it done, so hopefully I can get these books sent to press by the end of the month. (It'll take about a week for new print quotes to get done and orders put in, and then printing will depend on paper supplies.)

But, as an apology for the delay, I've reopened orders (for the LAST TIME) on the hardcover edition. I've also opened orders for people who want to get the color artbook who weren't able to get in on the Kickstarter last year. You can order those (along with the sew-on patches) here:

https://www.wlpcomics.com/shop/index.php?main_page=featured_products

NOTE: I'll stop taking orders for the hardcover edition and the artbook on August 31, 2022 or when I send the book to the printers, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST- and I want to get these sent out YESTERDAY. So those of you who asked for this opportunity? DON'T PUT IT OFF.

I'm sorry this has been delayed almost a full year, almost entirely due to artwork issues. Hopefully I'll figure out a better way when Maretian gets its WLP edition... or maybe I'll just have fewer illustrations.

On a personal level, I'm relieved. I was worried I'd botched my order because Kickstarter is having issues with my email address.

That said, sorry to hear this has been this much of a headache for you. Here's hoping it clears those last hurdles soon.

Yay! Thanks for the update Sir Overstreet.

Same as 5677798. It's tough with artists. I've had a couple I commissioned that had stuff come in their lives that messed things up and it's just so easy to forget that and get angry. I'm glad you were able to sort it out and hopefully this is not a repeat issue for them, as you said.

It’s okay, take as long as is needed as long as the order does get fulfilled. I sure as heck am no one to complain about delays given my own shoddy record.

Appreciate the update there bud! Sounds like the logistics of putting everything together can be a bit frustrating but I'm sure it'll all come together in the end. Best of luck!

Updates are always appreciated.

*wakes up* huh? oh, wut? oh, cool....
*checks that order hasn't been cancelled...*
*notes that things are still going forward*
*snore*

Where do I check that?

5677893 If you ordered direct from the WLP website, no order has been cancelled.

If you ordered as part of the Kickstarter, you can still go into your profile there and verify your support.

In either case, it would be an excellent idea to make sure your address is up to date.

I admit, I was being sarcastic. I really don't know.

(I trust our glorious Author will come through eventually. I'm not worried in the slightest.)

Just put in an order for everything except the paperback. Congrats this is the third Fimfic I've purchased a physical version of. the other two being Wanderer D's stories.

This is a month late, but can I still order if at all possible?
