I am setting up a vote. The time has come for many to see if they will have their wish fulfilled for Asta in the Equestrian Anti-Magic Knight. This is crucial for the coming arc in the story.
If you wish to see Asat gain a second grimoire voice it now! I already have confirmation from the manga that someone can gain a second grimoire under special circumstances.
If you wish to see Asta with two grimoire voice it out loud. I will tally the votes in the coming week's end. You can also voice which magic you think he should gain. Any and all ideas are welcome. After this, I will post my ideas along with those who post magics for another vote.

Yes, a second, and my source of info is directly from the Manga itself. I have had many in the Dispaced Community be they fellow writers and friends who wish to cross over or I speak with on a regular basis, not to mention many a passing reader ask this simple question many times to me since this story's inspection

That would be a tough one as Choas magic doesn't really have a tie in to this outside Equestria but it's not the oddest magic I've heard of and it could theoretically exist as there is Scale magic in the series of Black Clover. You bring up a valid point and I will consider it

I say Yes, and for the type of magic? I say dimension magic or light magic, or for shit's and giggles a dual element grimore of light and dark. But mostly the choice is yours and I love the story as well by the way and love to read the next chapter.

Because the biggest benefit of owning two grimoires is that you can use both of them at once. If you cannot, then it is no difference from what Asta has accumulated so far.

You make a valid point but I must also point out that magic still affects Asta as it should even when holding the swords if the mage casting the spell has sufficient means to do so. This is evident when the city was under attack and he was affected by curse magic. Then again when Gosh uses his mirror magic to replicate him and again by the Witch Queen's blood magic. Technically Asta can use his Ancient magic even in black form as it uses external magic channeled through him. I do plan on having him be able to use his anti-magic alongside his secondary magic as even Yuno wields his two magics at the same time. In theory, he can still use his magic even in black form though they may not be as strong if used in junction with certain demon swords and if get did he would only make himself stronger in black form, though I plan on this being a duel-edged sword to the point if he fuels his black power with his own magic power it will give him greater power for a short time as the mana is a more direct feed of magic into anti-magic but will put greater strain o his body.
So yes he will be able to anti-magic and magic at the same time though due to center circumstances he will not be able to use certain powers of his magic to their fullest, with and without his swords
