How is everyone doing today/tonight/yesterday/whenever the hell you read this? I'm... surviving. Nearing mid-terms of my last semester at community college. It's great, because I'll have earned my Associate's, a large accomplishment for me. However, it sucks because it means I'll have to pick a major for U of H. Now, I hear you sexy people out there. "But Jake, I thought you were going for a broadcasting degree!" That was the plan... until I took a hard look inward, judging both my mental state, my drive, and my actual talent at the gig, and... I'm not sure anymore. I don't know if I could enjoy being a broadcaster. More worryingly, I don't know if I could enjoy doing anyhting...

Awesome art dump here. As for the major thing, hey, at least you realize what probably won’t work for you. Before I changed majors, I was a nursing student. I was so focused on getting into and through nursing because I thought I could do it, and I’d be doing a lot of good. Turns out me failing a certain class was a blessing in disguise because I realize I would be miserable. I can’t be around someone about to puke without getting nauseous myself. No way in hell would I have been happy had I continued and pushed on, much less now given what nurses are going through now.
My advise, try to think about what you’re good at and see how something could intersect with things that make you happy. For instance, I’m good with numbers and analytical data, so I majored in economics with a minor in math and continuing with accounting, but I love pop music, so I wanna see if I can get into the business side of the music world when I eventually get my cpa license

Oh man, nearly keeled over there thanks to that Starlight and Sunburst pic, the foal designs on that one are cute, especially the colt one. Nice mix of muscle definition and cuteness, definitely taking notes.
Couple of funny ones, too, Twilight and her Green Hair quote (it's a thinker) hit just the right spot.
As for the advice: get what skills you can, preserve what skills you want. You never know when they become relevant in a work environment. I suspect a lot of people are finding that out at the moment
Tsitra was my first introduction to Ponies, actually! I watched him way back when he did Spyro/dragon stuff, and on his livestreams he started talking about the show, the animation, and he kept bugging me to go watch it, since I was such a regular, and eventually I was like, "You know what? FINE! I'll go watch the first episode to SHUT YOU UP, [insert real name]!" ... And I did! And the rest is history. (So history that I still went by my old internet handle instead of this one, lmao.)
