Just a lil' question regarding cover art. · 7:45pm Dec 11th, 2020
'Cause I might have a new cover for Pony-Me rolling out in the future.
At the moment, the current cover art is pretty simple, being silhouettes with accents of Lisa and Twilight's hair/mane colors.
The cover art design still keeps much of the duality, but swaps out the silhouettes for their actual faces and bodies, with slightly different positioning as well.
Thoughts?
Hmm... I'd probably need to see it to know for sure, but the idea does sound good

We are two I have to se it to judge it
Personally, the current cover-art's silhouettes appeal to me more than an illustration with "actual faces" since the story itself involves a degree of identity-crisis symbolized by the shadows' missing features. Plus, headshots focus readers' attention on the head, where the protagonist's mental anguish occurs, & it's difficult to draw realistic/proportional humans in direct contrast with cartoonish ponies without there being visual dissonance between the two.

Hm. Maybe a little intro pic in the first chapter's author's note, then?

Alternatively, you could include it in the Author’s Note at the end of Act I, as a reward for loyal readers invested in the character(s).

That'd work too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
