Hello Nailah here. No interview today, just a blog about my new story Beautiful. Let me first thank all of you that took the time to read it, I really do appriciate and value your feedback. And yes, I do agree it is quite honestly rushed. Because it was a speedwrite, and due to NANO consuming my writing time I didn't want to commit to yet another long multi chaptered story, but I realize I was wrong. It's wrong for me to post a story and labeling it as complete when there is SO much more to tell.
Next I am not trans, and I admit my knowledge on transgender and non-binary is well just bare minimum, but I do know quite a few authors whom I'm friends with that are, and I wanted to show my support in whatever way I could. There's nothing wrong with being cis-female. That's me by the way. That means I was born female and am happy with being female. But this isn't the case for everyone. I wrote "Beautiful" as my tribute? Love letter? to all those LGBT community out there.
So with that in mind I have changed "Beautiful" to Incomplete. I don't know WHEN I'll have another chapter written, as I need to go back and edit the first chapter as well to fix some of the issues mentioned, but I promise you all that when I write more, it will be done with as much respect as I can muster.
If you have any questions/comments/concerns, don't be shy to voice them. I promise I don't bite.

As a trans woman, I appreciate you being willing to write stories about us. More representation is always good. Thank you.
I'd definitely like to see more of this story. I can understand Dancing Star's frustration and sadness. It's difficult to watch anyone experience anxiety, fear and self doubt (even a character in a story) but I'm glad you're writing about her feelings. Though my knowledge of transgender might be minimum, I can understand the feelings. I hope she finds somepony that will be supportive.
