Krypto and Kymara did just about everything together. During school, the two defended each other every day. However, during seventh grade, when students found out that Ky was a hermaphrodite, then found out that they were also hermaphrodites, the two repeatedly found themselves under constant bullying for their mother’s traits. Krypto was especially hurt by most of these insults.
“Kn-Knock it off dude...” Krypto whimpered.
The pony laughed. “Shut up you faggot! How’s it feel that you’ll never be a real boy?”
Krypto continued to back up, watching as the older colt stepped closer. Before the colt could do anything, he was hit over the head with a locker door.
“Leave’im alone ya prick.”
“Kymara...” the changeling looked up to see his sister. She helped her brother up. “Thanks 'Mara...”
She smirked. “Heh, of course Krypy.”
Her brother blushed in embarrassment. “Don’t call me that, 'Mara...”
She chuckled and passed him his bag. “Whatever dude, I’ll see you next period.”
Krypto nodded, smiling a bit. “Y-Yeah, see you.”
