Friendship is Card Games: Trixie and the Razzle-Dazzle Ruse

We return to the pony novels this week, and hopefully a better showing from the titular mare. Last time we saw Trixie in one of these, G. M. Berrow was channeling the fandom circa 2011 and making her and Gilda the designated antagonists of the piece. Let’s see what she’s up to this time.

Friendship is Card Games: Kenbucky Roller Derby #2 & #3

We return to the cutthroat world of G5 roller derby, where Sunny’s trying her darndest to prove she’s more than just a casual skater… and has assembled one of the most ragtag teams of misfits this side of the Mighty Ducks in the process. Let’s see how the story’s developed from there.

    Swan Song

No, not mine. The Barcast's. The last call is currently under way, and if you want to hear my part in the grand interview lightning round, you can tune in at 4:20 Eastern/1:20 Pacific (about an hour from this posting.)

Yes, 4:20 on 4/20. No, I do not partake. Sorry to disappoint. :derpytongue2:

    Pest List

Just something I whipped together for fun one day, set to a possibly recognizable tune, all intended in good fun. And hey, given that I derived my Fimfic handle from a misremembered detail of the Mikado, it's only appropriate. :derpytongue2:

Do you like games? Do you like absurd value? Do you like supporting positive social change? If you answered yes to any of these questions, check out this itch.io bundle, offering well over a thousand games for as little as $5. I just bought it for the Lancer book and the aforementioned support (RPGs where everyone gets their own giant robot are always a good thing,) and it was still a steal.

It's now in excess of 1,350 games. :pinkiehappy:

You had me at "absurd"

Ooh, I think I have to get this just for the Mu explorer

I ... what?

Dang. There's no way I'm gonna be able to dig through all of these. Which is great.

But yeah, LANCER is totally worth it. I also kind of want to give Visigoths vs. Mall Goths a go sometime, 'cause it looks like stupid ridiculous fun.

Thanks for the tip! Bought it for Night in the Woods and Overland, plus the aforementioned good cause. I'm sure there will be others in the pile I want to try.

I did some quick math, and the average price of individual games in this four-digit bundle is higher than the entire asking price. My decade-old half-broken laptop probably can't even run most of them, some of the remainder are probably duds, and in at least one case I know for a fact that I already own the game on Steam, but there's so much value on offer here that it's actually halfway legitimate to turn it down because it's simply too much to handle.

Bought it

Wait, over 1000? When I bought it it was around 700 games. They're adding things? I'd be ecstatic if it wasn't for the fact it took me a whole day to go through and download what stood out to me, and now I have to look through it again. Damm you itch.io and your incredibly generous bundle for a great cause!

Appreciate the heads up.

Holy crap, I'm already stretched for time with the games I already own, and I've been trying to keep my promise of reading more pony fiction.
