Snow Heart

Snow Heart sat calmly in her Castle. Being a Princess was never the life she imagined. Somedays she missed just being a regular unicorn, that no one really paid any mind too. Now she had to worry about living up to her title. She was the Princess of Kindness. Though how she got these bat wings, that was a whole other story. Snow Heart was a blue bat pony with white mane and tail. She wore a cute little black collar around her neck, and had a snowflake cutie mark with a heart inside of the snowflake. She had pink eyes, as she sat there, groaning.

“I’m bored...wish I had some pony to talk too that didn’t obsess over my wings.” She grumbled to herself. How many bat corns’ were there? Was she the first? Did it even matter at all?

Danish Dash

Out of all the ideas Dash had, this was probably the worst, this week. To gain some inspiration, and to get some air, he had chosen to fly over the palace in hopes of getting some sort of inspiration. Things had been a little crazy these past few days with his latest story, and to be honest, it was a little overwhelming.

Now, the reason this was a bad idea, was that somehow, despite being a Pegasus, he was right now going down, heading towards one of the bigger windows within the palace. "This is gonna hurt!" He closed his eyes, bringing his black front legs up to cover his face.

BANG!

He went straight through the thankful open window, crashed into a coffee table, and rolled across the floor until he crashed into a closet. This was pain, and for a moment he just laid there, trying to restart his body so he could hurry out before any guards would arrest him from breaking into, wherever he had landed in the palace.

Skyward Sword

"Halt right there!" Shouted Skyward Sword, fully decked out in the royal navy blue armor with purple highlights. A spear right to his throat.
"Just what do you think you're doing here?" He asked, growling. No pony was going to get past him. He would protect his princess and his big sister. She had saved him and he swore his blade and soul to her.

Danish Dash

Dash looked up, still seeing a few stars. "I give-ow...up.." He said, his words slow as he was definitely not all there yet, and his body hurt all over. Thankfully, nothing had broken, and he had not gone through the glass, so he wasn't bleeding either. "Can I call a nurse, or a doctor..?" He asked, still not fully getting the situation he was in, not until he saw the sword though. If he could his coat would pale at the sight.

Skyward Sword

"You will be treated by the nurse here after you answer my questions. Maybe it's best I take you straight to Snow. See what she wants to do with you criminal scum." Skyward Sword spoke having his two lower guards tie the Pegasus wings up so he couldn't fly off, and put a rope collar around his neck, sky tugging on it.
"Now come along, and I suggest you start answering our questions before we have to get our hooves and blades dirty with your blood."*

Danish Dash

The guard hauled him up, starting to tie his wings. "Hey! Ow ow ow! That bucking hurts!" He protested and moved around, making the female guard groan in annoyance. Like Skyward Sword, they were loyal to their princess, and if he tried anything, they would be on him in a flash.

"I'm pretty sure you got me already!" Dash said in annoyance. "I crashed though your window, I'm pretty sure that I-Mfmmh?!" The female guard had enough, quickly tying a scarf around his mouth to get some peace as they secured the last of his restraints. "RRrrmmmh.." Dash glared. This sucked!

"Ready sir!" The two guard saluted, and started the escort, keeping a close eyes on Dash, which only made him roll his eyes.

Snow Heart

The guards brought the intruder to the main court room, where he'd see a beautiful mare sitting on her throne, looking oh so bored and groaning. She tilted her head towards her guards.
"Ungag him. I wish to speak with him." The blue baticorn spoke, unfurling her bat wings, her ears pointed, yawning showing her fangs to him.
"Tell me stallion, who are you and why are you here?" He'd see just how enchanting of a beauty she was. And yet so far out of his reach.

Danish Dash

The mare glared and pulled the scarf down so it hung around his neck. Dash rolled his eyes, then looked to the beautiful batcorn? Bat-alicorn? Anyway, the princess. He was amazed, she was cute, cuter than he knew, but then again, he had never really paid much attention to who was ruling. Sighing, he looked to the princess.

"Your royal cuteness, I'm Danish Dash, I crashed through your window because I lost control." Simple enough answer he thought.

Snow Heart

"You can call me Snow Heart. It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm sorry my guards were a bit rough with you. They are very protective of me. Now you say you crashed. How are you feeling?" She asked getting up and stroking down his wingtips.
"Untie him Sky. He is not an intruder."

"Yes, Snowy of course!" He untied Danish Dash.

Snow heart had her nurse come and tend to him while they talked.

"Tell me Danish how exactly you ended up crashing in the first place?"

Danish Dash

"Uhm.." Dash was not really used to being the presence of royalty, so he just stood perfectly still, almost like he was standing at attention, even though it was hard not to react when she touched his wings like that, which felt so good.. He hadn't had a wing massage for so long.. Which reminded him he needed to get his feathers preened...

"Well.. I... I was lost in thought above when I was flying, so I forgot to react to the air currents in time, and so I lost control, then I sort of panicked a little, and before I knew it, I was being marked down of a herd by your guard." Dash said, earning him a small blush and a glare from the female guard.

Snow Heart

"Oh my. That sounds awful. If there's anything I can do for you, please let me know. Sorry about my guards. They are super protective of me, but I'm just glad you are okay." she nuzzled him softly, as she left go of his wings, so the nurse could tend to him while they spoke.

Snow Heart turnt to her guards.
"How many times must I tell you, not every pony is out to get me. Sure I'm a Princess, but we shouldn't be so hostile. You guys question him first, and then if he refuses to answer you bring him to me, which you did. So you are all doing well." she petted each of her guards's heads. "Now please give us some space, I would like to ask this stallion some questions. ALONE."

Danish Dash

The guards saluted and left the two of them alone. The nurse made sure nothing serious was wrong, and after giving her stamp of approval, she left. "Don't worry your royal cuteness, the closet took the worst of the impact." He smiled, then cursing at himself. You idiot Danish! Think before you open that big mouth of yours! "Uhm, sorry.." He quickly added, knowing that joke might not be appropriate. After all, he should never have been flying above the palace in the first place. "So you wanted to ask me some questions?"

Snow Heart

"Oh don't worry, I get that a lot. It's fine." said Snow Heart, as she tried to hide the slight sigh. Cute? How can I be cute and yet feel so lonely. I wish...no I shouldn't say such things.
"Yes, I would like to ask you some questions. It's clear you are quite the fan of ponies such as myself, what got you into mlp?" she asked him, putting on her reading glasses, taking out her ink quill, and jotting down some notes

Danish Dash

"Truth? Well, to be honest, I was not a fan, at all in the beginning. I didn't hate it, it just never interested me. Today however I regret not becoming a part of the culture before the show the ended. But what got me into it all was small videos a guy made on YouTube, making videos called Man Vs Ponies. Great stuff. I found it funny, and soon enough I came across a short film he had made called My Little Dashie."

He smiled, blushing slightly. "It made me cry at the ending, and so I started looking for sequels, found them, found out about they were a part of a longer story, and so I found the stories most people seemed to think was canon, even read up by the same guy, and so I saw them as the fiction's canon. After that I started reading more and more, and then finally I watched the show, and lastly I joined the site. Read more fictions, and soon enough I started to make my own.

Snow Heart

"Oh how interesting. I recently got a chance to sit down with the author of My Little Dashie. He's quite the laidbck guy. Sweet even. He petted my head." she purred at the thought, her tail wagging ever so slightly, with this awestruck look in her pink eyes. She then coughed, forgetting she was here to talk about him.
"I must say, I am a fan of yours as well. I found one of your stories, and it intrigued me. So I must say it's quite the honor to sit here talking to you now. Now I know this question is of much debate, but who is best pony?"

Danish Dash.

Chuckling, feeling a little embarrassed, but happy.

"Well out of all of them?"

Snow Heart

"Yes, out of all of them, if you had to pick one pony, whom would be your favorite?"

Danish Dash

"Hmmm, it's hard to answer, because I love a lot of them.. If I had to pick one stallion, it would probably be Big Macintosh. If it is out of all the mares.. It would probably be a tie between Applejack and Ditzy. But it depends on so much, so to make it interesting, if I could hang out with just one of them for a day, then it would be... Luna, yes, princess Luna."

Snow Heart

"Interesting choices. I like Rainbow Dash the best, mainly because she is what got me into MLP in the first place, though if I had to pick a stallion that I liked, I've always had a soft spot for Soarin, and yes, I'm a Rainbow DashxSoarin fan." she blushed slightly. "But anyways, we aren't here to talk about me! Tell me what is it about mlp that makes you write about it? What kinds of stories do you write?" she asked curiously.*

Danish Dash

"I've always had a soft spot for tomboys, Rainbow is amazing, but I am also thinking about who I would mostly likely connect. As for why I am writing, well, I just like to see scenarios playing out. Like Rainbow Dash or Rarity getting together with Big Mac. Or an OC falling in love with the CMC. Basically I write stories I would want to read."

Snow Heart

"That is very understandable, I wrote a story about the CMC once upon a time. Really should go back to it again. So in regards to writing, what advice would you give a new writer, just getting their feet wet?"*

Danish Dash

"Keep writing, and never ever take comments personally. Some writers have experience, I certainly won't claim I'm an expert or anything, far from it. I am constantly learning. The important thing is you keep writing and keep growing. Like with any skill, you can only become better by practice. As for the comments, it's easy to think it is a personal issue, and so it is important to always be polite, understanding, and give people a fair hearing."

Snow Heart

"Indeed, also don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it." Snow Heart added, knowing that it was hard for a new author to ask others for help, she had been there herself once upon a time, she had learnt and grew from her experiences.
"Alright, now tell me Danish, is there anything you'd like your readers to know about the man behind the pony?" she asked softly, giving him a chance to speak about himself*

Danish Dash.

"The man behind the pony?" He smirked, then thought about it for a few seconds. "Hmm, no, not really.. Just that I am thankful for the support people have given me for the time I've been here."

Snow Heart
"I see. That's fair. Not everyone wants to talk about themselves. I get that. It's the reason I typically turn down being interviewed myself. I don't feel there's anything special about me, that would make any pony read about me, or even care." Snow Heart admitted.
"Do tell me though, what is one thing you've learnt from mlp and how has it helped you grow?"*

Danish Dash

"Think I have learned, well, maybe not learned, but got reaffirmed in the belief that it's okay to like something other people won't understand. To be okay with one self and who you are when it comes tot he things you like. As long as they not harmful to one self or others. Hehe."

Snow Heart

"Ah that is a very good thing to learn, and something I am trying to be more accepting of myself, but it's not easy talking about it without fear of being judged. I guess it's similar to talking to a non-mlp fan about how much I adore pastel colored ponies. Now, I just have a few more questions and you are free to go. Would you like to tell us about one of your stories, or perhaps entertain us with a story that has inspired you?"

Danish Dash

"Well, I am working on those I have already released, like King: The Beginning, How I ended up living with six pony girls? A god Among Ponies, and now Welcome Home Soldier. In the bank I am preparing to write the sequel to The Legend of Nicholas, and The Farmer and The God. Other than that I also have a police story, and of course my detective story.. So, there is quite a lot for me to work on.. But there are to many to name if I was going to name all of the stories that has inspired me. I've been inspired by other people's work, movies, music, pictures and so on, which can be hard if you don't want to release to many projects at once."

Snow Heart

"Indeed. Seems like you are quite the busy pony. How do you make time for yourself? I wouldn't want you to burn out. I must say, I am enjoying one of your stories. I'm sure you know it." she winked at him, suggestively. Before moving on. "So my dear Danish Dash, is there anything else you'd like to say?"

Danish Dash

"That is a good questions. I love my hobby and one thing I need to get better at is to not stress and force yourself to write. You will just burn yourself out like that. So I've gotten better to take some days off, just playing video games or reading other peoples stories." He smirked. "No, only Macindash forever!"

Snow Heart

She chuckled at that.
SoarinDash forever! she stated adamantly, as she thanked him for coming and speaking with her. "Would you care to stay for some coffee or tea before you head out?" she asked as she smiled kindly towards him, and with that the interview would end, and maybe they'd become friends...*
