It's about Opportunity's twin Spirit.

Well, there's a short film of it now, and Spirit is being voiced by none other than Tara Strong!

Tara clearly channeled Twilight a great deal for this one. Science, duty, determination, an underlying sense of crippling inadequacy... And the solar panels keep flapping like wings, which does not help.
