On whereabouts and what is to come

Some of you may have received notifications - I don't really know how the system works - but even if not, here's the general announcement to explain it all:

    I'm finished.

    Adventures in homeownership

This week, I had installed a new air conditioner, me furnace, which followed on the heels of working through two outfits to secure financing, shelled out $200 for a new smart thermostat, still have to call the city to schedule an inspection for the work, have to call a plumber because the toilet is leaking again, and I still will never go back to renting of I have anything to say

    It occurred to me

Or maybe it's all imaginary, but doesn't the boss music for Corneria in the original Star Fox sound like a mash-up between Super Metroid and F-Zero?

Writer's Recap: Everything Is Going to Be Fine · 12:00am Apr 1st, 2020

This was another chapter that tasked me, in part because all I knew was that Twilight was going to address the town, and that it was going to end with, “Everything was going to be fine.”

I really wrote it alongside the other chapters, and as I finished those ones, I was able to finish out more of this one as different resolutions came into focus. Twilight’s monologue at the end came out ultimately of Thunder Lane voicing the question I asked myself: “What now?” What does Ponyville do now, and it made sense that they would do the same thing that they’ve always done: They’ve been through much worse, really, so what else is there to do. Fix what needs fixing, take care of those who need it, and carry on. The only difference here is that what needs fixing runs deeper than a house or the market.

Everyone pulling together to help those that need it isn’t really a theme of the Strangerverse, but it has been a trend since the very start.

In a lot of ways, it serves as a recap and to tie up loose ends, and not really much else. It doesn’t need to do much more than that.

I don’t really have much to say about tomorrow’s update as far as blogs go, so besides a short entry, it will also be an Ask Me Anything (About the Strangerverse). If you have questions (what few there might be), ask them here, and tomorrow evening they will be answered.
