This week, I had installed a new air conditioner, me furnace, which followed on the heels of working through two outfits to secure financing, shelled out $200 for a new smart thermostat, still have to call the city to schedule an inspection for the work, have to call a plumber because the toilet is leaking again, and I still will never go back to renting of I have anything to say about it (which, given the current trajectory the world is on, I may not).
Or maybe it's all imaginary, but doesn't the boss music for Corneria in the original Star Fox sound like a mash-up between Super Metroid and F-Zero?
I have never written a Fall of Equestria story, neither do I feel particularly inclined to.
But, if I did write one, it might start something like this....
No bad news today, friends: Agatha is still doing well. The fundraiser was significantly less successful than any of us were hoping for, but we're hanging in there. Stripe finally sorted out the issue with the account, which means that the campaign at GiveSendGo will actually work properly now.
Let's just dive right into the good news: Agatha is back home and back to her old, hellraising ways. (Ok, so it's really not that bad) She's still taking antibiotics as well as something to help her stomach heal up faster in case of ulcers or other nasty surprises. Her breathing is back to normal, no coughing (in spite of home nebulizer treatments which I admit maybe I'm just no damn good at), her energy is back up to where it should be, and she has returned to her old quest of making every
