Sadly it's not any of the existing stories I'm supposed to finish, though I swear I will one day. This is a New Thing!

Except it's not technically new at all, because I started it more than a year ago, posted the first page on my scraps bin, then had a sudden attack of Words Words Words two days ago and ended up finishing it off.

No it isn't edited. What do you think I am, some sort of competent writer, with standards and shit?

Turns out, incidentally, that being utterly swamped with work, because you took on too many contracts, is a surprisingly good motivation to write. And by motivation I mean, of course, excuse to procrastinate and avoid working...
