So, if for some reason you're part of Jinglemas but reading my posts before you checked up on what's up: there was a *slight* change of plans and you should check that out, like, now.
For the rest of you: Christmas is here early, and I've just posted my entry for the charming MagnetBolt. While the earliest idea of this story came to me when I read the prompt, I did read several of their stories, my favorites of which were A Trolly Problem Named Desire, The Dark Art of the Dress, and Lagrangian Triple Point and all of them had elements of tone I had been considering for this project which I took under consideration. If you liked those stories, I hope you'll like this one. If you liked this story; hey, check all those out. They're all pretty entertaining.
