Goooood evening Switchers, Touchers, Soundrels and friends!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
So, it’s the last few hours of 2018 and what a year it’s been. New female Doctor in Doctor Who, half the Avengers wiped out and there was a good P.T. Barnum movie in the cinemas!
Also, Fallout:Equestria’s Scoundrels began last June, and with it my writing contributions to FIMFiction started too. Since then I’ve posted a few short stories, contributed to ‘Starlight Fixes Everything,’ by Shakespearicles, completed ‘A Tender Touch of Snow,’ and am preparing to continue TittySparkles work on ‘Luna Switched’ with Synesisbassist. We’re working on getting this out in the 2nd/3rd week of January.
As well as that this next year, ‘Scoundrels’ will continue, and several more stories are already in the planning including a tale about Yona, a story about what would have happened if a different pony was in Twilight’s place the night Nightmare Moon came back, and many, many more.
What I’ve learnt this year is that you need friends no matter what you are doing who will encourage and keep pushing you in the right direction. Don’t give up and someone will always be interested and want to read what you have to offer. Just focus on the story you want to tell and keep going.
What this leaves me to say is thanks to all my friends and fans for sticking with me, sharing likes, comments and ideas with me. In particular, a big thanks to Synesisbassist for being such a strong friend, counciller, healer, colleague and all round great guy. He’s kept pushing me when I believed I should have quit. I’m glad I didn’t and thank him for continuing to push me. I wish him, my editors, my friends and all who listen to me all the success of the future.
Whereever you are, whatever you do, whoever you are; have an amazingly happy 2019. Never stop going, and always do it with a smile on your face because you never know who might need that smile next.
