Book 3 of To Serve In Hell ends today with Chapter 28. We're now about ~67K words deep, and we still have Book 4 plus the Epilogue to go.

Regrettably, I've had some Real Life (TM) pop up in the last couple weeks that is now impacting the final polish pass I'm doing on To Serve In Hell. I am adamant that this final polishing job is doing a lot of good for the story, even though I was prepared to go live before embarking on it. But after Chapter 28 I've hit the point where I either need to start posting less-polished chapters... or hit pause, deal with some RL stuff, and get back on the horse.
I'm choosing to hit pause.
It won't be for long, though. I'm equally adamant that "THE END" is getting posted this year. So here's the schedule I'm going with for the rest of it:
- Tuesday December 4th: Chapter 28 / end of Book 3
- Wednesday December 12th: Chapter 29 / start of Book 4
- Thursday December 13th: Chapter 30
- Friday December 14th: Chapter 31
- Monday December 17th: Chapter 32
- Tuesday December 18th: Chapter 33
- Wednesday December 19th: Chapter 34
- Thursday December 20th: Chapter 35 / end of Book 4
- Friday December 21st: Epilogue

In an absolutely stunning twist, the Cloaked Stallion will actually be Mudbriar, who unlocked party magic through grief and madness.
Limestone will use the Hellshard to travel to the heart of Tartarus, punch her way back out, bear all six Elements, and ascend to become Princess of Rage. Meanwhile, the Guardian, who is Fluttershy and/or* Cadence, will lead the hosts of Tartarus out of the hole in a glorious, infernal countercharge against Nightmare Moon's overextended forces.
* Don't ask about the and; it's messy.
If Cadence isn't the Guardian, she's been fused with the Crystal Heart and the resulting statue was thrown in the vault shortly after Nightmare Moon beat Sombra to a shadowy pulp.
Discord and Blueblood agreed to switch places. Compared to watching Canterlot slowly decay and trying to cover his grief and frustration with debauchery, Blueblood finds spending time as a stone head is amazingly relaxing.
Sassy will be an instrumental part of Nightmare Moon's defeat without ever intending to be.
Zecora's first action upon being released from Tartarus will be to look at Rainbow Dash and say "What took you so long?"
Scootaloo will fly.
I am not entirely certain how serious some of these predictions are meant to be.

Blueblood and Discord actually get married and have tons of snake-pony babies.
Sassy ascends to alicornhood as the Princess of Voodoo. Who do? You do! What? Remind me of the babe.

If by fly you mean ride the rocket they launch to the moon to rescue Celestia, then... maybe.
