Seems I'll miss the super-duper blood moon thing-y tonight. We're expecting half a meter (~1.6 feet) of snow tonight, with the cloudy skies to match.

Heck, might not even make it to work tomorrow at this rate.

Anyway, be sure to take a peak at the sky this evening if you get a chance. This type of trinity in celestial phenomenon doesn't happen that often.

Sadly, I probably won't get to see it, either. The weather down here in Germany isn't much better than yours up in Scandinavia. For what it's worth, I saw the last one ~20 years ago and lunar eclipses aren't not nearly as visually spectacular as solar eclipses, so except for a reddish tinge to a barely visible moon, you're not really missing all that much.

Don't have to go into work just means that you have more time for ponies! ;)

I Feel your pain, tried to watch it last night staying up till 3am but we suddenly got a lot of clouds come in covering the moon so we missed it :fluttercry:

Shame that you missed it, it was impressive. Possibly more so where I am as we also got a full eclipse but still, shame.
