Coming Soon to a Screen Near You: · 8:57am Nov 29th, 2017

Relative to how I usually do things, this was lightning-fast turnaround from announcement to release.

Well, near-release; I still need to get it edited, but I finished writing out the chapter last night.

By the way, was anybody wondering what it was Golden Gleam saw that had her so spooked?

(P.S. How's the cover art?)

Ah, nice; congratulations.

I was a bit. :)

(Looks fine to me. Somewhat interesting glass design.)

Part of me wants the text behind the glass to be properly distorted, but it looks fine. Besides, the story is what matters, and I'm sure that will be great.

Fun fact: I vector-traced that glass from a photo I took of a glass of cranberry juice several years ago with the express purpose of vectorizing it.

Eh, I'm feeling far too lazy to figure out how to properly distort the text in the glass. :derpytongue2: I'll accept a "good enough".

Glad to hear you're looking forward to the story!

Ah, neat. :)

Alternatively, you could say that the letters are distorted, in exactly the right ways to compensate for the optical effects of the glass and make them appear undistorted. :)
