I'm honestly shocked one of the options wasn't to have a foursome between Feather Bangs and the CMC. But maybe that's because someone already wrote one. Regarding the winner, I'm confused as to how it's different from option B. Is the winner going to be a M/M/M/M story, whereas option B would be a M/F/F/F story?

Yep, in B they're mares, but in D they're males who look like mares (what the 'chans affectionately call "traps").
Also, option C was the CMC foursome, but it didn't crack the top three.

Glad to know it was an option, but disappointed that it didn't win. Again, I can only assume that it was because someone already wrote a clopfic featuring the CMC getting banged by Feather Bangs.
Too bad A wasn't chosen. I wanted to see how you would portray big mac asking for sex advice from the cmc.

I haven't read this fic yet, but I submitted an idea of Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle helping Feather Bangs with relationships by dressing up as Dear Darling, Fond Feather and Swoon Song because they discovered they are an earth pony, pegasus and unicorn each as well, which then leads to sex too, of course.
Essentially, it would be more him getting banged by THEM, than the other way around, while he is reluctant about it, but later discovers he's more into fillies anyway and therefore, makes his three mares that fall for him disappointed.
I think that idea is different than the one the other author was going with.
Damn. Surely since the simple Mac/Belle story came so close to winning, it would only be fair to give it a chapter as well.
