I THINK Deadpool is going to win. As much as i like Pinkie Pie, Deadpool has been breaking the fourth wall for longer than she has, and Pinkie Pie doesn't recover from wounds like Deadpool can. Also, even if her Pinkie Sense allowed her to stay a step ahead of anything Deadpool throws at her, I doubt it can be a saving gimmick here. After all, her Pinkie Sense didn't warn her about the Changelings coming to Ponyville and kidnapping everyone now, did it?
HOWEVER...I am confident that Pinkie Pie will give Deadpool quite a run for his money. And whether she wins or not, everyone is going to see just how dangerous girly ponies can be if you mess with them. I do want Pinkie Pie to win, but my money has to go to Deadpool simply because of his insane abilities. But I do think Pinkie Pie will be able to put up quite a fight.

What is most important in this fight is that Pinkie Pie at least gives Deadpool a hell of a battle. That is the most we can ask for.
I have felt a couple of times that with battle's like these, it's not "Who would win?" but rather "Who would piss the most people off, and how can we bullshit their win?" I think Pinkie, but I'm certain Deadpool would be the winner in a real fight.
