I guess you could call it that. I just manipulate vectors in GIMP as opposed to creating my own art from scratch. But yes, I did make all the cover images for my stories so far, as well as my profile image.

Beats paying for art commissions every time, or just not posting cover art with stories. I suppose I could just use images I find off derpibooru or deviantart, but...eh. I would want artist permission for that, and I kinda like making them too. Sorta inspires me to get the story finished up.
