Yes. Get well soon. You should have boiled the water instead of drinking it straight from the river though. Unless you fell over the small waterfall and drank some river water when you fell into the pool at the bottom. Other than that, feel better.
Sounds like a rafting / kayaking trip gone wrong. I've been on a few of those. But hey, you survived, and now you have another fun story to tell someday in the future.

There were rapids involved, but no intended rafting, kayaking, etc. Just someone saying "It's an easy swim, no big rapids or anything, and you can reach the bottom easily. I've been here since I was 5." None of these facts about the river were correct. I went down a mile of rapids.
