A propos of nothing (okay, in preparation for an edition review down the line), I just discovered that ACT OF WILL is one of the 20 highest-rated horror-tagged stories on this site. I'm up there with stuff like A Fleeting Light in the Darkness and everything Horse Voice ever wrote! :D
This is, of course, terrible because I'm now afraid that the next horror story I write won't live up to it whatsoever. D: ohgodwhatdoIdo

I was surprised the sequel comes in higher than the original, if only because one generally loses readership for sequels.

I think it just had a better like-dislike ratio because only people interested in the first read the second. I mean, 455 to 4 is nothing to be upset about, but Writing on the wall has 5 times the views of Glimmer.

Well, I have good news. Never at any time in history has the demand for quality horror writing outstripped the supply. Write the best horror you possibly can, and people will be grateful.
