So a little while ago, during a bathroom break between One Piece and Naruto, I...kinda invented a One Piece character.
I didn't mean to! 
Name: Cold-Mask Fluenz
Devil Fruit: Sneeze Sneeze Fruit
Powers: Various destructive sneezes; the tradeoff is that he's stuck with a permanent head cold. Hence, he wears a cold mask at all times, only removing it to use his Devil Fruit powers.
Distinctive laugh: "Neshesheshe"
Signature attack: Kushami-hou (Sneeze Cannon)
I have no idea where this guy came from. I wasn't thinking about colds or sneezing or anything and then he just existed.

Depending on how severe that heald cold might get, I could see this guy willingly jump into the sea every so often (as long as he has someone close by loyal enough to pull him out) just to suppress that aspect of his powers. Either that or he has some Seastone he keeps handy.

If there's one thing I've learned from One Piece, it's that the dumbest sounding powers are often the most dangerous. This guy might be a monster in the making.

Hey don't feel bad I do the same thing a lot. I mean, I came up with two JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OCs in like, five minutes. And they weren't half bad, either.
It's actually kind of fun to just come up with characters that fit well within a certain canon.
Also, I'd read a fic about this guy. He seems pretty interesting.
I can't think of a sneezing villain without thinking of Chupon from Final Fantasy VI. Or whatever they called him in later translations.
Anyway, I'd totally be up for reading a ridiculous story about this guy.
I habe one too. Well kinda. I wanted to impliment myself in my crossover.
He is the Revolutionary Army's head of infiltration and espionage. There hasn't been an organisation he couldn't infiltrate. That is due to his yes-okay-I-don't-care attitude that makes everyone just ignore him.
He is the user of the Gecko-Gecko-Fruit and can transforn into a Gecko.
But he's far from being the strongest fighter in the Army, as he is a tremendous coward.
His dream is to become a Hero, like in the Manga series he loves so much, to make the lives of his family members easier.
can he manipulate his snot?
if so.....levitate some, and harden them into spears...then shoot them at foes
...maybe make a hoverboard or something out of it?
