So, I've been doing some book reviews and recommendations of late, but now I think it's time to take a momentary break from that and plug an artist who has been doing some fanart of Princess Celestia: The Changeling Queen and its sequel Equestria's Changeling Queen and the Abyssal Empress.
Her name is Firimil, and she's awesome. Do favorite her work because she clearly put some time and effort into it and did it for free, without me even asking her XD
FIrst off, we have a picture of Lamia from PC:TCQ. Oh gawd she's so cuuuute!!! Made me feel pretty sad about making her the woobie of the story... at least for a moment.
We then have colored pictures from ECQ&tAE, first off, Alternia with Raven (her assistant) and Buzz (one of Alternia's new guards). The artwork is aptly named, Dutiful Rundown.
I really did like how she drew Buzz and Raven. Alternia looks rather nice here too.
We then have one of the most accurate renderings,... actually, some of the only accurate renderings I've seen of some of the antagonists from ECQ&tAE. Here are some Sea and Deep Ponies, done to Zervziel and my own design specifications. 
As well as an image of a kelpie (Titled: Down in the Deep)
That colored drawing of a kelpie is pretty much the most accurate I and Zervziel have ever seen as none of the artists we found managed to quite nail down the colors and all the armor detailing. Really do love her work on the hair and tentacles.
So go on ahead, ask her for commissions, and fav her work because boy, does Firimil need some followers and fame :D.

those are good! but wheres Alternia's prosthetic chest cover? still, looks great
4018111 I actually chatted with Vrenn over that one while I was doing it, the chest prosthetic is mostly covered by the regalia, since it doubles as extra armour and a verification of office. So, it's there, but mostly hidden. :)
Oh I really like these, nicely done. They also double up as a reference for me, yay!
