EDIT: By the way, brace yourselves for nine straight days of Miraculous Ladybug in the OOCSST beginning Monday.
I was going to hold off on announcing this until much later in the year, largely because I didn't expect to commit to this until much later in the year. I'm still in the early planning stages of it, in fact. It'll be several weeks (give or take) before this sees the light of day.
But because of the asinine decision by Nickelodeon, which has forced me to find and watch the French dub of the show subtitled in English, I'm going to have finished watching the first season of Miraculous Ladybug a lot sooner (depending on when the fansubbers are finished with all 26 episodes, anyway), and this whole situation has lit a fire under my ass to really accelerate the development of the project, so...
I'm formally announcing this one now.
Miraculous: Tales of Flutterbug and Mac Noir
An Equestria Girls/Miraculous Ladybug crossover with Fluttershy taking on the role of Ladybug and Big Macintosh in the role of Cat Noir.
Probably happening around mid April-ish, maybe sooner? As opposed to this summer when it would have happened if Nickelodeon hadn't fucked us all over.
This is going to be interesting.

This is hardly a surprise, Nick is getting desperate. The few good shows that have been dropped in their lap lately have been screwed all to heck and back in some way, shape, or form. They have no sense of quality anymore, because if they did, they would stop advertising those awful live action shows, scrap Breadwinners and Fanboy and Chum Chum, let Fairly Odd Parents wrap up, and stop constantly re-airing Spongebob episodes.

3793951 The show's creator has no control over what Nick's programming execs do. That's the reality of the situation. Nickelodeon has done this before. More than once. They don't know how to handle a popular show that isn't Spongebob or Fairly OddParents. So yeah, everyone's upset because we're sick of them doing this.

Especially seeing as I haven't written a single word of Ladybug fanfiction as of yet. You need to be specific about what that "certain stuff" is and why I should even care about some arbitrary thing the Ladybug fandom has about fanfiction.
