Sorry for the light spamming beforehand, but I can only tag one story at a time with these things.
Given that I honestly thought I'd have Dark Horse done back in January, I think its time to wake up and smell the long since fetid corpse of that self-imposed dead-line.
I will be returning to Sufficiently Advanced and my other longer stories, but right now I need to get Dark Horse out of my system, and it seems its going to take long enough a hiatus is the most honest thing towards you guys.
Thank you so much for your patience, it means a lot to me. 
One small bit of content before the curtains close for now, though. AppleTank made a touched up version of the cover that sadly just slipped my mind for a few months. Sorry about that. 
Think the pink on black was a really good idea, actually. Makes it feel warmer than the old white, and helps Rarity stand out more.

I am disappointed because I find Sufficiently Advanced to be one of the more original sci-fi settings on this site, though I really want it to get to the "Mane Six meet the Cyber 8" part, I realize you need to build up to that.

I actually reread SA the other day and... I'd forgotten how good it was. Not without its flaws, but very worth reading.
On an unrelated note, with all these blog posts, at least one could casually mention how Dark Horse is coming along...

Sci-fi is notoriously hard to get right, so I'll take that as high praise.
Actually the plan, but I'm so close to finishing up the rough I can almost taste it.
I'll make an update before I head to bed either way, but hopefully it should be great instead of good news, if you know what I mean.
