Hi all,
Yes after over a month, the chapter's finally done. Just needs to be edited and I'm expanding on a last couple of things but it should, with extremely high probability, be out later tonight; so be on the lookout for that. Life is full of surprises, so my apologies that this took forever.
As for the change of plans, it's nothing major, but it may be a SLIGHT disappointment to you: the chapter will be only slightly above average length, about 4.5-5k words when I'm done editing. The last part, which would have tipped the scales, is being moved to next chapter (it's not sex, you'll see), because while outlining Part 23, it turns out I was horrendously short of material for the entire chapter to just be one single section (which I estimate would have only ended up at around 3000 words, way too short for such an important chapter). So, adding this will boost it well over 5000, which is more uniform with the story average and about where I like it for this particular fic.
