So, you know how I said that I was done revising Guardian Halo in my last blog? Yeah, turns out that I was not. 
I kept finding some little, tiny, minuscule flaw that needed revising. But now, I've done what I can and I'm ready to move on. I've revised what I could, changed what I thought was needed, and even changed some things back because the original wording or line just worked better. So, on to the dramatic reading! On to the next story!
I'm pleased to say that with the help of The Daring Cookie, I've found the equipment I need to actually do the reading. And just last night, I ordered said equipment, and it should be arriving next Tuesday.
This will be my first dramatic reading, and I really hope I do well with it. I know I talk fast, so I'll try to slow my words down enough to be understood. And when I read, I can imagine how each character sounds in my head. I want these voices to come across as I read out loud. I'll have to do a few practice runs, but I'm sure I can do this. 
As for my next story? I am working on it, but just because of the nature of the story, it's been slow going so far. I really have to rely on "show, don't tell" more than in any of my other works. However, I am enjoying this challenge immensely. It's really putting my skills to the test, and it's forcing me to be more creative. What I've produced so far is definitely showing me that I can rise to this challenge. It just takes a whole lot of ingenuity to do it. The actual release may be slow in coming, but I am making progress. So don't worry if you don't see anything from me for a while. It just means that I'm making this story the absolute best it can be.
I believe you've got something seriously kicking in store! Go inactive for a month, if you need it! Your stories are all probably fantastic, and I'm still a dope friend for not checking them out...yet.
