    Upped to Mature

The patron requested it, so Blue Wedding Belles is now rated Mature, and will proceed under that banner. Figured I should post an alert about that.

So, do you like LitRPGs? Here's one set in the modern day as a catboy (there are reasons for that) discovers a whole new world of trouble, and a job.

Choose Your Adventure Pinkie · 3:05am Sep 29th, 2015

So, one step. It's just getting to the part where every decision really starts to matter, and a lot could happen... and I want to give you control. I was going to do a whole new story based on you all choosing options, but why says we can't do it with the story we have? If you guys like the idea, I'll give 3 options, you pick one, and I write it. If we do it this way, the chapters will be longer(5'sh k), and I'll let chapters float for a day or two so people can get their votes in. Thoughts? Yay, Nay? Let me know!

So it's not an actual choose your own adventure where you write all three? :pinkiecrazy:

Still, could be fun.

This sounds like a lot of fun! Will you have some twist endings planed or will they all be good?

3428777 Nah. Pinkie hasn't gotten multi-time thread travel working yet. Maybe if we run into a game over?

3428784 Depends on your definition of 'good'.

That it does, that it does! :pinkiehappy:

Sounds interesting. :pinkiecrazy:

This could be a bad Idea. CYOA typically works when you can decide on all options and get their projected outcomes or at least know what the projected outcome will be.

Though I will throw my hat in as well since I've had some good experiences with CYOA's

It can potentially be really good if you give good descriptions of what the options are and what they could lead too... otherwise I could see some serious reader discontent if an option did something really negative and the reader base didn't pick up on that from the brief description.

Basically the reader base would need to be able to know rather clearly what the options lead too otherwise it could be really bad.

hum I like the idea. this will be a new way for the story to go, and David Silver doing regular 5k or about chapters? I like the idea as I feel it will make for a better chapter.
Harts Fire

If chapters are below 10k then I say :yay:

3430093 I usually aim for 2k. 5k is expansive in comparison.

Oh yeah I remember talking about this not 2 long ago :duck: and now your making one so awesome :rainbowdetermined2:

So the vote is if this belongs in the main story as opposed to a new story? Or just if it will happen at all?

I'm down to see how this may pan out.

3431757 Heh, the vote is in the story itself. We're already doing it!
