I am...absolutely, completely in awe.
Let's get the big stuff out of the way:
Star's wand was destroyed. Then restored. But it's incomplete. There's a piece missing. This will be important in season two.
We now know more about Toffee's plans. We don't know his endgame. He's still inscrutable. But he's shown us how truly dangerous and ruthless he is.
Star is incredibly dangerous when she's pissed.
Ludo's gone. Possibly forever.
We also learned some minor details: King Butterfly's name is River, and Mr. Diaz's name is Rafael.
I'm just left stunned by everything that happened in this episode. Damn. Wow.
This episode is so intense, I didn't expect this!
And that last Star x Marco hug... My heart is broken. It was perfect. She would do anything for him and it's beautiful.
It was freaking amazing. I literally just finished watching it a couple minutes ago. I just... wow.
Honestly, when the magic rainbow unicorn wand sunk into the ground and crystals started popping up where the castle was my first thought was "Crystal tree castle. It's happening again!" luckily it didn't, but still.
... Damn. Need to go watch this.

Anyone else wondering why Toffee was missing a finger, but could regenerate an entire arm just minutes after loosing it?
3412553 Yeah. That's been bugging me. I'm sure there's some reason for that that's related to his hatred of Mewni magic.
Wow. Just... Wow. So half the wand's gem is missing, but it got a nice looking upgrade, Toffee may/may not be gone (not sure how you intend to survive that blast, but...), and we may have just seen the last of Ludo... I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 2!!! Currently one of the best shows on Disney! The others are Gravity Falls and another show; Dipper, you got three cute girls, then blew it. Why the heck did you think that was going to work out? Also, Stan was married? We need more info on that.
