Since this was brought up just recently due to some questions...

So it is revealed that Bucky has an inner pegasi nature.
Question time!
What sort of pegasi nature does Bucky have? By the power of observation, which pegasus type is he, out of the two that exist?
He isn't the Broody type like Derpy. He would be going crazy being away from the nest as long as he has to. He is the... I think Watcher Type. He Watches for any threats to the nest then goes and takes them out
I'd say there are four kinds. Solar and Lunar. Then Watching and Brooding.
Bucky is: foal hoarding, chaotic, instinctually strong around certain stimuli (new foals), unusually strong in certain areas, omnivorous, and would merrily tear the limbs off of anything that harmed his family.
So I'd say a Brooding Lunar Pegasus Nature.

In general:
A Solar pegasus would never go on a blood soaked rampage after their mate died due to some unfortunate circumstance eventually ending in suicide.
A Lunar pegasus would never have their honor called into question because they didn't hold up their end of the bargain no matter how small, even a Running of the Leaves.
As far as the Chaseverse goes, Lunar pegasi are more about duty, service, and protection, usually in isolation or in tight knit groups. Where as Solar focus on loyalty, community, and ever watchfulness. They make up a good portion of the Solar Guard and have a long tradition of military history. (Granted, that might be because most of the written history is when Solar Ponies were writing the history books during Luna's Sabatical.)
I could be wrong, you are the bloody author after all.
I still stand by Brooding. It presents it's self rarely due to his chaotic and multi-species nature, but he mirrors Derpy quite well in my eyes.
