So, I know the most recent chapter of Taboo has been taking a bit longer than usual (as compared to the last few I suppose), and that's because ever since my legs started functioning as walking thingamajigs again I've been in kind of a tizzy trying to frantically make things as if I wasn't down and out for so long. It certainly magical how wonderfully screwed up things can get while my physical presence wasn't a possibility for my little minions (I feel like Yensid walking in on Mickey drowning his entire freakin' tower). Anyway, I actually managed to tame that wild stallion. Yay me! I put off seriously sitting down and writing Chapter 15 so I could focus my creative genius (some will disagree) on work. Yer all probably like "Cool, so now you can push that thing out, right?"
Err... well, let's just say if that was the case I wouldn't be sitting here writing this blog post. As it seems I still have one more personal mess to clean up in Texas, I'm gonna have to hobble on over to REDACTED and start punching every used bookstore employee I see until I find the right one (or at least that's what I've been told).
If you're waiting for my overriding point, here it is: I've decided to just consolidate Chapter 15 and 16 into one chapter (called Chapter 15 for counting reasons) in order to make up for my looooong and (kinda) unplanned hiatus. I feel like I owe you guys a little elbow grease since you're always so cool and don't destroy my creative vision or come crying to me to fix your goddamn screwed up love lives. You might think this'll make the delay longer, but I should actually be able to polish off what I planned for 15 and 16 before too long. I should have a lot of free time during my little trip (between all the books and punching), which I will happily dedicate to finally finishing these darn chapters. Wee!
Oh, and if you're in REDACTED right now: LOOK OUT FOR SASQUATCH.
