Yes, I'm writing the next chapter of Brotherly Bonding Time. It's just a groaner, no biggie. 
FOR GOODNESS' SAKE, TELLING ME THAT CHEESE SANDWICH WOULD MESS UP CELESTIA'S ROYAL DUTIES WHILE IN HER BODY IS COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL; I ALREADY KNOW THAT, IT IS FREAKING OBVIOUS! I just want to know what those duties are when it comes to the Summer Sun Celebration...
Anyway, meanwhile, my own laptop is being sent in for repairs because the wi-fi card thing's not working, and it's taking longer than they said it would take. I'm a little mad that I can hardly update Tommy's blog. Yes, the laptop I'm on has a couple of art programs. I just really hate SAI; it took longer to draw one simple picture of Tomato that it normally did for me. Psht, MS Paint was more agreeable for me--I only used SAI for touch-ups that time.
And lastly, I'm currently compiling a set of traditional drawings of my pony OCs. I counted, and apparently I have about 73 (not counting hypothetical foals). 
Granted, the importance varies on each character, but still, I'm drawing them all. I'll have to list them some other time, (it's kind of late), but I'll get to it.
I have no set date for when I finish and show you guys. I do plan on it eventually. 
You are awesomely creative, and you do not need to apologize for having a life beyond writing fanfictions. I have read everything you've written on this site, and look forward to reading what you will write in the future.
Celestia's duties during the Summer Sun Celebration are unclear. Given that everypony's been staying up all night, I can't think that there would be very many festivities after the actual sun raising... though, of course, that doesn't mean there aren't any. And there's still plenty of the usual governance, even on a national holiday. And after lightly toasting the nation, there's also sure to be some unusual governance. Cheese may have caused a massive international incident just then.
In any case, good luck with your laptop. I continue to envy your ability to both write and draw.
I always imagined that there was some sort of celebratory breakfast or banquet after the sun-raising, held in or near the Canterlot Castle by Celestia and possibly Luna.
And yeah, computer problems are annoying.
