And here are the three big reasons why:
1. My Midnight has come in!
Now I can take her places and pose her in front of things and make little clothes for her...
Which I will promptly burn
Kill joy.
2. Episode 100: Revenge of the Background
I honestly loved this episode. It was all pandas, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't bad by any means. They gave each character their chance in the spot light, and it never felt like it was on them too long. Quick rundown:
Bug-Bear: they stole my idea for the next chapter! Still cool.
Cranky and Matilda: fun and never too annoying.
Steven Magnet: fine, but a jack-wad for that whole "the wedding is everything"
Sparkler: eh, one scene and she's a little jealous of Twi. I'll keep my version.
Derpy: Love, Love, LOVE. Perfectly in character for me. Maybe now we can have her around more.
Dr. Whooves: Not a Dr. Who fan, but I liked how he's a scientist.
Lyra and Bon Bon: Seriously? Bon Bon is a spy/monster hunter named Sweetie Drops? No; just no. Maybe as a way to get back at Lyra for all her human obsession, but otherwise no.
Vinyl and Octavia: Loved them. Perfect relationship as housemates and great music together. Vinyl still doesn't talk, but we have our fan voice for that.
Tia and Luna: absolutely great portrayal of them interacting, but just kind of weird they'd be at such a wedding. Cadence and Shining too.
Why no Discord!?
Loved Mayor Mare's speech and all the other nods (Button Mash!)
Hands down my fav episode this season for great execution and best moral.
Oh, and did anyone else notice that changeling? 
3. Jurassic World
Great pacing here too, and great nods to the first movie, which is the only one that bests it. Only got campy at the end (no spoilers), but it still wasn't bad. I highly recommend seeing it, especially if you're a fan of the first movie.
I saw the changeling too, then went back a few times to confirm it was indeed a changeling in the back row. Also loved it, watched more than once, might go back and watch it again later. Also, since Derpy was running a printing shop, which she was able to keep at that level due to hiring a complete novice to run the press maybe you could make a reference to her actually saving up for the shop and equipment (but due to her cluelessness and can do attitude she misses a few things needed, and no one points it out because they think it's obvious information she's already aware of). But that's just my suggestion.
The changeling was my favorite part, he was so adorable! Of course I write about changelings so I'm biased. Octavia and Vinyl was close second, every second of them was awesome.

best movie I have seen in awhile. I have two things to say about the episode: 1, that is one random changeling. 2, I laughed my ass off through half of it from the sheer randomness of most of it.
Well, I was confused about the princesses as well. But then I realised, that It was a wedding in Ponyville. That is now Twilight's town. I guess she just invited/suggested inviting them, along with her brother and Cadence.
Remember when Stephen said Cranky had tons of adventures while searching for Matilda? My theory is Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Shining Armor, and the Changeling know him from those.
really, you didn't like bonbon– oh excuse me I mean sweetie drop being a spy. I thought you would like that idea, adding onto the reason why she didn't like Midnight.

That could be a good point, but since this is basically a nod to the fans I figured Lyra would be the weird one. Also, if Tia had a monster hunter force, why does Ponyville keep getting attacked? Why didn't she do anything during the Parasprites, Ursa Minor, and various other examples I can't remember? Hell, the changeling attack on Canterlot!? She was there!

I cant help but think that it was made to be nothing more then a goof.
Also Gummy should have been voiced by Morgan Freeman.
