Let's see if I can manage to keep people posted, I've been way too lazy with that kind of thing.
I have actually been writing for the Time Keeper of Ponyville, I have already finished chapter 7 and I am well on my way with getting chapter 8 done. If I manage to keep this pace going I might actually finish this thing finally. There are not many chapters left, won't tell how many, but the end is in sight...ish... or something like that. 
The current ongoing season will not affect the story, well season 4 didn't affect it either. Not sure if I noted it before, probably not because it's not really important for the story but it does happen just before season 3 and some time after season 2. But it's probably not immediately obvious since so far the only one of the Mane Six we've even seen in the story is Applejack and that was like in chapter 2. Any story I write after that will probably happen between season 3 and 4, I generally like to keep a show a season or two ahead of me when writing.
