Two jobs, college. Not much time for pone.
Uh... I'm a major dick for just sort of abandoning this.
How's fimfiction? Is it still as full of bad stories as I remember, or is the Regidar-method of throwing low-quality fanfics at the wall until something sticks still in effect? I'm seriously hoping its not, but some dreams don't come true.
Oh well. We can't all be winners.
What's up? I still care about my followers, even though it doesn't seem like it. How many of you are still around?
Eh, stories are kinda schizophrenic, mostly bad.
Haven't heard from Regidar in while though.

Well I all but gave up writing for this site, as it's become really tedious and unsatisfying for me. I'll probably get back into it once the semester is over.
I started a huge shitstorm with one stupid comment and...well, things got really out of hand really fast. Fortunately things seem to have gotten better. I even ended up becoming friends with someone who I thought was my worst enemy.
As for the site...I don't know. I don't follow site stuff much.
No such thing as bad stories as I see it, just whether I actually read them or not.
And I apparently am still here as well.
The more I think of a random thing I haven't heard of/from in a while, the more that thing pops up.
The longer it's been, the higher the chance it's hitting harder.

I can't add anything else about what's been going on with the site because it's already been summed up in the comments below.
Featured box is cyclical as always. Just last week it was entirely clear of clop, so I guess you just entered at the wrong time.
If you're looking for good stories, contests are pretty much the best way to go. The latest big one was the More Most Dangerous Game: http://www.equestriadaily.com/2015/03/the-most-most-dangerous-game-contest.html
Dunno what's making people say the site's getting worse. Some group drama here and there, but on the whole there are still many good authors and many great stories that are pretty easily found.
Maybe once a few days a good story comes out.

Not as much good fics as I remember. I used to be able to go to the featured box and be like "hey that's interesting" now it's like " hey, these are the same stories for the past couple days..."
Work and school doesn't leave much time for anything else or at least with me.
By the way S5 premiers tomorrow, can't wait to see it.
But it is nice to find a good story every now then and sit back and enjoy. Hope you get some more free time.
I barely come once a month or soonething like that, but, I do come back for 4 reasons:
"Undead equestria" one of my first fanfics read and I loved every chapter
"The steadfast sky" story
"Harmony theory" story
And you, I ddon't know exactly why, but I kinda feel identified with your struggle to complete to keep writing and and coming back to this site.
Also, you seem much more interesting than almost every other writer (don't tell them though)
