Oh my heavens I have completed History Repeats at last! 
It's been nearly two years... a fair spell longer than I'd expected to take, to say the least.
I want to express my extreme appreciation to all of my readers, but especially to those of you who came in on the fic early and stayed with me until now. Your monumental patience is deeply, deeply appreciated. I can only hope the conclusion is worth the wait.
It's funny - a lot of the final scenes in this chapter had been sketched out at least a year ago; epic final moments and exciting dialogue and tender moments. All of it sitting on the shelf and waiting its turn while I get the course of events to catch up with them. It feels so good to finally let those words out to play with their friends.
As for the future, my life is slowly becoming less chock-a-block with busy life-demands, and I have a great many other fiction ideas that have been lying fallow while I worked on History Repeats. Most are a little shorter for the sake of my sanity, but I think they will be well-received.
So, to summarize: History Repeats is done, but Saddlesoap Opera is not.

Gonna give it a read soon. Won't ask about a sequel cause I figure you will get around to it after you get your other tales out of your head and onto the site.

edit: Read and enjoyed. Of course, ya left it open to potential sequel ideas... Danny and Molly learning that Equestria is real... Discord saying he won't perform any "new" tricks (meaning he has a slew of old options he could tweak the ponies and Megan's nose with).... All sorts of stuff. Again, I know you have other stories in mind, but should you get around to a sequel I will definitely be first in line to read it!
