Puppet to her Fame Parallelquel
So the user U.N.I.T. agent has been working on a parallel / sequel story to Puppet to her Fame for what feels like forever... maybe a year or so, getting some feedback from me, editing, etc... all that fun stuff. Well, it's finally out and it's also their first story. I wish my first story was that awesome (hint: it was an Asylum spin-off.)
It chronicles a detective who notices something odd going on in Canterlot regarding Octavia. He quickly gets trapped inside over his head, becoming something of a passenger for a wild ride.
Well, it ends on a slightly happier note than the original Puppet did, but I shall spoil no more. Go support a new writer and feed him lots of peanuts!

I read it. Needs an editor (badly) but I like the ideas, if they're being expressed at all accurately.

Huh, I remember getting this story as an editing job forever ago. Never really got around to do it beyond the first four paragraphs, though, and I never continued from there.
So I guess this is partially my fault.
Simply being associated with PTHF means it should be good. I can't wait to read it...
