Well folks, I did what some might have thought impossible. Marshal Twilight actually wrote a clopfic that didn't have dicks in it. Pink Is Too Sweet is primarily a comedy, but it's got plenty of lesbian smut waiting for you as well (I know why you guys follow me. 
)
Now, those of you who have been following me for a while know that I generally write things that haven't been done before, or at least have been done rarely. A PinkiexCelestia clopfic has been on my bucket list since July or so, and I finally got around to doing it.
Better yet, an especially awesome friend of mine by the name of Cold Blooded Twilight was nice enough to whip up some cover art for me on rather short notice (because, honestly, just try to find PinkiexCelestia to use as a cover image.)
I'm still really impressed at how well the image conveys the tone and mood of the story (the cloppy parts, anyway.) CBT pretty much nailed it on the head, and either way it's still a great piece.
So yeah, if you haven't heard of this guy by now (though you probably have), search for his tumblr. If you're following me at this point I'm sure you can find something there you'll like.
Now, the reason I made a separate blog for this is because this story is a bit different from my recent stuff. To make a long story short, lately I feel as if I've lost my mojo when it comes to writing clop. I've written some stories that plenty of people have enjoyed (nearest and dear to my heart are Working the Stall and Corporal Punishment), but in truth my most recent stories have not been up to par.
Grammatically they're decent enough, but the problem is that they were lacking in other areas. It was difficult to pinpoint why, but I've heard my recent stories called everything from plain to mechanical to generic. The proper smutty details were there, and yet there was something that was simply missing, something that my older stories had that my newer ones didn't.
So in my past few fics I've been experimenting, looking for a solution. Mainly it involved trying new fetishes/kinks, wording choices, and adding additional details. However, the results, while decent, were not what I was looking for. It still didn't have the same appeal as my older works. It was hard to point to what the issue could be, and I was both frustrated and distraught over what seemed to be a decline in my ability.
However, I've been talking with some good friends over the past couple of days while I was working on this new story. To sum things up, I think I've figured out what my problem is. I won't tell you the specifics because I don't want to color any opinions ahead of time, but I would like to see how this story pans out and see if the results are generally better than what I've been producing. The story has been getting views and ratings rather slowly so far, probably because of my splendid decision to post it at 12 AM on a Monday, but I'm hoping that will change in a few hours once we hit prime time.
Just wanted to share my thoughts on these matters, but regardless of how it all pans out I hope you'll all enjoy the story.

Well, whatever it was, "Pink is Too Sweet" did not seem to suffer from it.
Although the rest of the story was so entertaining I almost forgot it was going to have clop in it.
Can't wait for more man.
