I'm really, really sorry about the wait!
Solitary Pinion's chapter 6 is finished and sent to be looked over, but due to I presume busy-ness, there's been a bit of delay so I can't send it on the others who clean it up to the point it's presentable. ^-^;
But, since I made a promise, and technically I haven't sent anything this week, I have commissioned another bit of art to make up for the short fall. Hopefully I will have something next week to share, and, hopefully some art too!
On saying that, I will eventually run out of ideas of what to commission, given, well, how often I probably will be with delays on my own part, and stuffs. x.x
So, I was wondering, what would people like to see commissioned? Can be from either story, really, or, just something you would like to see involving any of the characters within it! The most popular ideas I will probably look into getting done next time there is a delay. Oh, and please, nothing risque. ^-^;
Again, sorry for taking so long for the next chapter but, there will be something next week, whether it be art, or a chapter!

Seriously tho, don't feel bad. We all have stuff we gotta do between writing stuff with pretty ponies in them. We understand.
There is no need to feel bad, So long as you never give up, that is all i can ever hope for. Your writing is something that can actually manage to tickle my heartstrings, and that is a rare thing.
Don't ever feel forced to write, or forced to make content. We are willing to wait. Everyone has a life, and everyone has situations and problems that get in the way of things we want to do.
Don't worry, we can wait! Because waiting is worth it! Your masterpieces is so good, that I can wait ten years to see one!
And about comissions - I'd like to see Ebony in her changeling form... And in pegasus form too... And in queen form... Well, more Ebony!

Anyhow, yes, I assume Treil is busy, which is unfortunate, but not his fault! I should be a little more prepared, so, will get more mishes to make sure there isn't a delay again. Also, will write more. Am working on ASAtV at the moment.

As for art of Ebony? Hee, there's a few so far! Her 'pegasus' form, her queen form, and an anthro form have all been shown! But more of her? Well, so far you're the first to ask, so will got to the top of the pile if no other suggestions.
As for the next mish, it will be Ebony based, again, due to it being done by an anthro artist, it will be anthro. But, it will also include Minder! Yay for Minder. ^-^

As for picture ideas, I have nothing, sorry. I do like Tobyc's idea though.

Well, the last couple ones you put up were from AVAtS so maybe something from Solitary Pinion this time around? Maybe the scene where Viktoria gets tangled in the sheets?
Also, having something in the early stages I am really getting to understand why it can be hard to get something down.

I think I might have missed those. Have you put together a unified list of all the fanart anywhere?
As for what the next stuff should be, if it's going to be anthro, I'd say to go with more Ebony. (When fanart of something is scarce, as it is for pretty much anything/anyone in fanfic except Nyx, I prefer to choose things that are as close to visualizations of forms taken in story as possible.)
If the constraints were more relaxed, I'd have to see the artist's style to be sure but I'd probably go for either "anything adorable involving Mayari and Tala" or "something with Ebony and Jessica that'd make me feel warm and fuzzy inside, like a breakfast table scene")
true but that's still on my RiL list, so I'm in no hurry for the next chapter.
ASAtV on the other hand... I can wait for that too, just a bit more eagerly

On my user page, there should be an art gallery down the right side. It has all the images I have recieved thus far, fan art and commissions alike. ^-^
The next mish'd picture as I said in an earlier comment, is Ebony and Minder in anthro forms. Well, Minder is in her unicorn guise, but still. Just because the artist draws anthro's, so I went with anthros. ^-^

I missed that because I have a pair of extensions that cause my browser to prefer HTTPS when available (which it is for FiMFiction.net) and modern browsers don't load HTTP scripts embedded in an HTTPS page, so it was a big white square that my eyes glossed over as "another fine AdBlock Plus production".
Take as much time as you need. I look forward to the end result.
As for art comissions, maybe a picture of Ebony trying to bathe Tala and Mayari, as happened in chapter... I think it was 13 of "A Voice among the Strangers"? Or Jessica having more succes at doing the same, heh heh. Either would be adorable, for sure.
I'm kind of curious as to what expression an artist would draw Ebony with when Jess first feeds her in the cage or when Ebony looks up at her in the cave when Jessica blocks the guard.
Or the bathtub scenes. When ebony is soaked going down the stairs after her attempt or Jessica giving Mayari and Tala a bath. That happy and curious expression on Tala from the last picture is quite amazing.
Eh, I've waited for longer for stories to updated (and for less to happen during the updates) so don't worry so much about it. I'd rather you didn't rush the story...
As for what I would like to see as art... I don't really care as I have a feeling I would like anything you would get.

Don't feel bad about us having to wait, especially if it's not your fault. Seriously, the anticipation behind waiting actually adds to the enjoyment of the end product (at least, in my opinion).
Anyway, I think we need a picture of a staircase, some rocks, a tree, and Jessica's brain sitting around a table, plotting against her.
