(I'll be putting these up to help people less acquainted with the Godzilla movies to understand who's what in the story)
Anguirus
Title: The Fire Guardian
Alias: Guardian Beast Alpha, The First Success
"Cause trouble, you get trouble."
Stats:
Species: Mystically created hybrid, derived from an Ankylosaur (True form), Odd looking Earth Pony with quills (Equestrian form)
Height: 90 meters when reared up, 60 meters on all fours (True form), Above average for a normal stallion, just a hair taller than Shining Armor (Equestrian form)
Weight: 55,000 tons (True form), Roughly equal to Big Macintosh (Equestrian form)
Length: 180 meters (True form), Normal, abet large Earth Pony size (Equestrian form)
Origin: Artificial kaiju created by an Extinct civilization in prehistoric times to stop a future threat.
Morality: Rough around the edges, but means well. Being a guardian monster he never was especially malign, though he has a tendency to act very gruff at times. Still, to his allies he is very steadfast and loyal. When in combat he'll very rarely give up, no matter the odds against him and is often said to have a 'Never say die' attitude. Notably has a soft spot around children.
Traits: Underwater breathing, extremely durable hide, thick carapace, large tusks, sharp horns and spikes, hyper-dense mace-like thagomizer at the end of his tail
Powers (still present in Equine form, but diminished):
Sonic Roar - Anguirus doesn't have a true projectile weapon, but his able to exhale so quickly and roar so loudly that he can make a cone of sound and moving air after taking a deep breath. At close range this can rupture another kaiju's eardrums and be very painful. To lighter enemies it might even hurl them backwards with the sheer blast wave. The roar, coming from Anguirus' internal body which behaves like a furnace, is often super heated.
Healing Coma - Unlike Godzilla, Anguirus doesn't have an active healing factor. He can however recover from what could be mortal wounds by entering a sleep-like coma at a heat source for several hours to several days, duration depending on severity of injuries. When in this coma, Anguirus heals at an accelerated rate; capable of regenerating skin, muscle, bone, tissue, even digits, limbs, and organs. It's quite accurate to say that if he is not outright killed, he can recover from incredibly mutilating injuries.
Fire Absorption- Anguirus can absorb fire into himself, either by vacuuming it up from his mouth or soaking it into his hide. This can both restore his stamina and heal wounds depending on how much fire is available.
Heat Resistance- Adding to his already incredible durability, Anguirus is notably very resistant to thermal base attacks. Swimming through lava hardly phases him and most thermal attacks short of a super charged Nuclear Beam from a Godzilla barely even hurt him. This includes all heat sources, but Anguirus is notable for being completely immune to fire. Even his eyeballs can withstand intense heat. This is because Anguirus actually metabolizes fire and heat as energy, effectively negating conventional burning such as through conduction or convection. However, this does not make him completely immune to all attacks that cause heat, such as many electrical or plasma based assaults. Rather, Anguirus is just immune to the thermal aspect of the blow.
Thermal Spikes- Anguirus' control over heat and fire appears quite limited, but it can be expressed in one distinct way. By channeling absorbed or stored thermal energy into body, Anguirus can superheat the teeth, claws, horns, and spines across his body. The temperature is hot enough to burn through steel with ease and leave scorching wounds. It's especially effective when he is rolling around in the Thunder Ball.
'Thunder Ball'- Anguirus can curl up like an armadillo under his carapace and puff his back spines out to effectively become a ball or wheel. Miraculously, he is about to roll around at high speed in this state, both for travel and for running over foes with his sharp horns and spikes.
Weaknesses Not having his powers fully realized or accessible, Anguirus lacks any real form of ranged attack to compliment his great defense and good physical prowess. This means he has trouble against foes that can outspeed him or fly away and retaliate with ranged abilities of their own. His lack of a healing factor also means that while his stamina is great, he can't regenerate back damage incurred over a battle unless there is a lot of fire to feed off.
Bio:
Anguirus is a creature dating back to ancient prehistory. In the days of the first civilization, an unknown being set out to destroy all life on Terra. Though he failed, the last of the advanced civilization set up forces to bolster the world's defenses should The Evil One return. From this, the remnants of the Shambhala civilization in the Himalayas propsed a plan to the others so bizarre that is just might work. Their world was almost destroyed by a giant monster, and with the natural defenders in the form of Mothra and Battra being greatly weakened at the moment; they could make monsters of their own. Using a mix of science and magic, they and the other civilizations such as Atlantis began planning to created a series of guardian beasts. Many of these creations were derived from previously resurrected animals. This was true with the Shambhala's first efforts, using a heavily armored dinosaur genus named Tarchia as the base model. Thus the prototype beast, Anguirus, was born as their the first successful creation. Along with the following successes, such as Raiga, Gamera, and Baragon; Anguirus sealed away under the planet's surface and was given a special mission to be awakened in 100,000 years in a time of need, which was when the evil from before was predicted to return. Sadly, the Guardian Beast's creation involved temporarily siphoning large amounts of the planet's energy, mana. This caused environmental problems that would last for a few hundred years before clearing. This harm to the planet enraged Battra, and he destroyed many of the remnants of the prehistoric civilizations before Mothra could stop him. Hibernating in their hollows, Anguirus and the others knew nothing of their creator's demise, but were kept safe.
Come 70,000 years later however, on the year the humans called 2001, the such a time for a different evil came. The deceased body of the original 1954 Godzilla was possessed by the hundreds of thousands of angered spirits. These spirits were the souls of people killed by the Japanese during WW2 in war crimes and atrocities the offending country tried to forget. For this, they wanted vengeance and through their life force, regenerated and super charged the original Godzilla into a juggernaut of hatred intent on leveling modern Japan.
The fourth Guardian Beast created, the Earth Guardian Baragon, attempted to halt the monstrosity's advance, but the little kaiju was greatly outmatched and forced to retreat. Before he succumbed into his healing coma however, Baragon reawakened a reservoir of spiritual energy long since dormant to revive his two stronger counterparts. The energy reawakened the Water Guardian, Gamera, who left to confront the destroyer. Sensing Gamera needed help however and knowing the Alpha Beast was supposed to be the strongest of their ranks, Baragon managed to break into the chamber before losing consciousness. The Fire Guardian Anguirus broke out of his thousand year rest early to aid his ally; despite the early awakening meaning he wasn't at full power yet. The two intercepted 'Ghost Godzilla' at Tokyo harbor and managed to hold him off for awhile, but were slowly losing. Help arrived from a present day source when the modern Godzilla, the grown up Junior; arrived. Sensing the evil in his super charge doppelganger and wanting to protect humanity, Junior joined forces with the Guardians. Though the ghostly titan surely would have killed any of the three in single combat, the trio fighting together threw the odds in their favor and succeeded in destroying the Destroyer once and for all.
Once the calm settled in, Anguirus sensed his presence would cause unrest in his home country. Still wanting to be on call when needed, the dinosaur settled on the Mu island chain with Godzilla, the ancestral home of several Guardian Beasts. In time, the two became steadfast allies and friends, frequently teaming up to not only keep the peace in the islands' growing kaiju population, but also fending off threats to the world ranging from ancient evils to aliens. Most notably in the 'Final War', the beast took on the Simian constructed Mechagodzilla in single combat. Despite suffering several deep injuries, Anguirus waded through torrents of missiles and laser fire to tackle the machine to the ground and rip it apart after burning through its armor.
To this day however, due to being awakened early, Anguirus has yet to restore his full potential; having power as of yet locked away he cannot access and doesn't know if he ever will.

2. Make it ironic? In Bridge's timeline's 'Final Wars' it was Anguirus who trashed the Simian Mechagodzilla. He's much stronger than the Showa age version

Indeed, (just added a missing section). It got expanded because Anguirus in this timeline is basically standing in for GMK's Ghidorah, since the Amalgam'verse's Ghidorah is Grand King Ghidorah
