Side Projects coming to an end · 6:34pm Mar 15th, 2014
Hi, all!
I just published the last 2 chapters of my Lyra arc for Sunflower - Side Projects. It was important to get these chapters out, since Lyra and Spectral are both going to have roles to play in Project Sunflower: Harmony.
I had many other "Side Project" story arcs in mind, but I've decided that I will work them into the main narrative of Harmony, instead. That's not to say that I won't use the Side Projects to expand upon or show scenes that don't exactly fit into that story, but for now I don't have much else planned for Side Projects. So, with that in mind, I'm marking this "Completed" for now.
Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed my take on Lyra. Thanks for all your support!

I for one am a fan of a more level headed Lyra persona. Although, the way she approached Erin originally didn't quite give me that vision of how she acts. Also, the way you played with her background and how that gave her some common ground to reach out to Specs was pretty awesome. I look forward to seeing their part in the sequel.
I liked the side stories you added, and for this last part I liked Lyra's portrayal.
Still think Spectral needs the stick pulled out and possibly then used to smack him around some though.
The biggest thing that was brought up for me, at least, was the idea of the veil over here getting torn up. Whoops. I hadn't even thought of that!
Still holding out on Mark going full pony though. He's desperate enough for science that he's bound to try it sooner or later. And then what will Lyra think, I wonder?

I wonder if Erin is going to change her mind over the whole 'going native' bit in regards to dating stallions, I also wonder if McGee is planning to do what some other authors have done in regards to the pony's going into heat as a means of exploring it, might be funny for Erin to go into having escaped the 'female curse' (which would probably cause some confusion until explained) only to find she's in for a worse one.
