I usually plop my butt in my computer chair around 21:00 and stay there until 04:00. But I can come around earlier too if I'm not busy, but my self-imposed bed time is 04:00-14:00 and I'd rather really sleep then and not come online for a couple of hours after my waking up.
The later into the night it gets, the better the chance that I'm not bothered irl.
