Due to the insane amount of favorites that this story has received, I've decided to continue it! Here's the thing though: I'm not quite sure what to write past the date chapter. Pick one of the options please.
1) Should I actually ship them together into a relationship?
2) Should I write about Discord doing all sorts of silly things for Twilight, but ultimately failing in the end?
3) What do YOU want to see?
Please, I'd love to hear what you want/are expecting to see. :)
Ship, but add truckloads of silliness with Twilight eventualy enjoying it and seeing how much he loooooovez her!

You should hit it with a 20-ton thermonuclear device for even thinking about seriously shipping Discord with Twilight.
I would like to see option 1 together with the silly things from option 2. Do not make it to easy for him, a slow but steady progress.
(I guess this counts as option 3...

I think it should go back to complete, since it worked well enough as a oneshot and continuing it would feel like a drag, along with the fact it never really had the credentials at first for anything past a quick comedy. But hey, that's just my opinion, you can do whatever you think is best.

1812293 I'm going to be keeping it a quick comedy. It's not going to be a full blown story like my main one, and I've already thought of a few funny scenes for this. This story isn't going to be ridiculously long, but it'll have some substance to it.

I guess if you want to, go for it. For me, it wrapped up well enough that a continuation would make the original chapter feel lackluster in comparison, but that's often how I feel of stories that should remain complete in my eyes.

I would enjoy seeing discord doing many goofy things yet failing, but in the end twilight sees how amazing he is. I think you should do what you can best exterminate though.
Put them together, but make him work for it. He needs somepony to keep him warm at night, and Twilight would make the perfect wet blanket.

3 = A love triangle with Fluttershy where she goes insane, sells her soul and become more powerful that Discord in hopes that he will love her back, but when that plan doesn't work she goes even more evil that Discord from the past, with little to no choice the Element bearers must seal her, but what about the missing Element of Kindness, in which Discord becomes the new bearer of Kindness doing a great sacrifice of losing her first friend by his own hand

The date going well, but being seen from the perspective of one of her friends or the princesses instead of theirs. Or maybe not only seen from an outside perspective, but Twilight and Discord are aware they are being spied on and purposefully messing with the observer's mind when their on the date

3. I think it works fine as a one-shot.
2, but I think when he finally gives in, she starts feeling just a little bad for him, and decides to throw him a bone. Somehow, some way, she sees through all of his goofball-ery and starts to think he's really genuinely trying to woo her.
Hmm... how about you combine 1 and 2? Discord does all sorts of silly things for Twilight, and she seems to keep shooting him down, but he eventually grows on her and they end up together.
...Y'know, I guess I basically want to see Twilight being tsundere towards Discord.
Both 1. and 2. Have Twilight keep shutting him down while each time growing a bit more fond of him until she finally agrees to go on a date with him.
My vote goes for option number 1.
I think it'll be interesting to see where the relationship between these two will go. But don't make it too easy for Discord! Make him work for it! Matbe trow Celestia wanting to sabotage their relationship to keep Twilight to herself and Luna/Nightmare Moon helping their relatioship grow or something like that!
Option 1 fo sho!
I like the tsudere concept myself.
