An uncomfortable silence accompanied the two for a short while, at least until-
"But seriously, who raised you?" Chris repeated, much to Lumi's annoyance.
"My mother," he drawled slowly, a mocking grin touching his lips.
Chris sighed loudly and rubbed the bridge of his nose, trying his best to remember Celestia's 'count to ten' advice from earlier.
"So...who's your mother?" he growled, trying his best not to sound too frustrated.
"The one who raised me," Lumi snipped, not missing a beat.
"AHH, FUCK IT!"
Lumi chuckled quietly as he watched Chris storm off, no doubt to go and vent to Celestia.
"I hope you're proud of yourself."
Lumi quirked an eyebrow and tilted his head back a touch, only to see Luna's turquoise eyes boring into his own.
"I most certainly am," Lumi agreed teasingly, turning so as to face her.
"Do I have ground you again?" Luna crooned, her voice musical if not a tad mocking.
"That depends, have I been a bad colt?"
Luna merely grinned and kissed him slowly...before quickly backing away and glaring at her mate.
"Apologize to Chris or you're on the couch tonight," she ordered sternly.
For once, Lumi's mocking expression vanished, nervousness swiftly taking its place.
"B-But-"
"No buts," Luna interrupted. "Apologize, or I'll be very unhappy with you."

Lumi is Luna's adopted son, she found him abandoned in a forest far east to the Palace.
Upon finding him, she finds herself pitying the child, and thus relates just how lost and alone she feels. And so, she bonds them with an long forgotten piece of blood magic.
The whole incestuous thing...is complicated, and you're better off reading the story to find out just how it works. But in any case, it's still going to happen.
Celestia doesn't have a son, just a lost mate called Crystal. Remember, this is a remake of the original, with new characters and a slightly, if not immensely in some cases, different story.

New idea for a break up chronicle: A human and a genderbent Blueblood. Say, something similar to Alex and Cadence, where they meet when their young, and she falls for him. Or, the human comes when he's really young, and becomes friends with fem!Blueblood. They make a childhood let's get married promise similar to the one Keitaro and Naru made in Love Hina. Later in life, the guy forgets about it and moves on, Bluebelle, however, not so much. Also, I still think my idea of Celestia giving her human coltfriend cancer is an excellent idea.
I want this to happen so very much.
