Arrgh! Bad Horse and Powered by Tea have posted blog posts at the same time. Which to read first? Hm... Which of them has the satellite laser beam pointed at my house? Oh, that makes the decision much easier.

Science! for the win!

I will admit, I failed to include kittens in my post.

There's footage somewhere of someone finding out (for SCIENCE!) what happens[1] to a cat and its uncanny ability to land on its feet in freefall by taking it into the Vomit Comet for some parabolic dives.

[1] If memory serves, the answer is: "Hangs on to experimenter for dear life, and WILL. NOT. LET. GO."

More importantly, you failed to include a death-laser on your satelite. :pinkiehappy:

But that would have added to the take-off weight and subsequently reduced the delta-v budget.

My avatar and I approve of this blog. :derpytongue2:

And now I know what to do with my cat tonight...

EDIT: to anyone who wishes to try this: DECLAW THE CAT FIRST!

I concur.

I have always felt that "I aim for the stars, but sometimes I hit London" to be an entirely appropriate scientific mindset.

Classic rookie mistake. You'll remember next time, won't you, PBT?

Creating anti gravity is easy. Simply tape a piece of toast butter side up to the back of a cat.
