I Deleted Domestication... · 1:45am Jan 24th, 2013
What a weird day today. First the whole temporary ban, then the stripping of Domestication, and now this.
A fellow reader (already forgot the username) was about to spoil the entire story. Domestication is posted on another site (under a different name), and with much less edits than the final product. It was a test pool idea that had much less in depth psychology and character development than the final product, Domestication. But the basic concept/story was there, and it was enough to spoil the whole experience for Domestication. If you guys noticed, I was thanking Darkmind for the story concept. Well, that's because another username I once used was Darkmind...see the connection here?
But, no, another reader who had read the previous work wanted to spoil everything without asking any questions. Probably get me banned in the process, telling me I should be "concerned". I really wanted to continue posting the final product on Fimfiction, guys. I did. But I didn't want spoilers to be posted. So I'll continue posting the story on my deviantART page, here.
For those of you that have the link to the original concept (story), I would appreciate you not post it in order avoid spoilers.

It's not reposting something that's already on Fimfic, so that shouldn't be an issue. If you can prove you're Darkmind, then I don't see what the issue with posting it here is; just delete the spoiler. Put a note in the Author's Notes that there is a guy spoiling in the comments so read at our own risk. It's all you can do.

Oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh, you ARE Darkmind. Well, i'll be a monkey's uncle. Ack, it didn't quite fit in this context anyway. I know it was only half way through or so and you had some more planned for it, but Rainbow didn't seem like Rainbow, and Spike was a sociopath. If you really wanted to make it work, it needs heavy edits (see: rewrites) during the beginnings of the story. There honestly isn't much outside of a social experiment about how these two go from having a house warming party to the very next day planning and execution of their trial. That, i think, has to be eased into. If it was a word/time constraint, lose it, because the story suffers from it. That having been said, man, you have quite the range as far as story ideas go. Heavens....

taking down a story just because some asshole ruins the ending... It's a shame... I would have loved to read it regardless of knowing the ending... (because knowing a bit of psychology myself, I pretty much know how almost all the stories I read are going to end before even starting the second portion) But I guess I can wait to read it on your Deviantart account... though it won't be the same 
If you have proof that you are the original author, there should not be a problem, maybe you should talk to a mod about the situation.

Haha, I suppose it was fun for you in way; but if i was in your situation, I probably would be stressing out about everything that happened.
I gotta gives props though, you seem like you know how to handle yourself when it comes to these kinds of events; form the looks of it, you didn't seem to be freaking out when any of these problems were occurring. Let's just hope this won't happen to you again, many of us really like you as a writer and we would saddened if you get banned again but not return; glad you came back though. Just keep moving forward I guess.
