Synopsis:Ever since losing his parents in a heavy downpour, 8 year old Alex has been living in an orphanage in Seattle, Washington, USA for the rest of his life until God's Orphanage for Hopeful Children is shut down and the boy who never got a chance to be adopted has to be sent to foster care. That's when tragedy strikes when the driver suddenly chokes to death and causes him along with Alex get into a car accident and when the orphan wakes up in Equestria, he is turned into and Earth Pony but only the twist is, his gender is now changed into female and now, 'she' is turned into a filly in which the Element of Laughter herself, Pinkie Pie finds her. Now faced with conflict on her Boy and Girl thoughts. How will Alex survive in this new change of gender and thoughts?

Review:This felt a bit weird in my opinion, I won't lie about it because when I stumbled upon this story; I was a bit skeptical about the story. Overtime, I grew a bit fond of it, but in my honest words, it felt a bit embarrassing on this gender change HiE story, no lie.

Overall:This story gets an 7.5 out of 10. It's an okay story for me but it ain't one of my favorites in the Human Child in Equestria stories.
