Usually with these blogs, I'd let you know it's updated, and then ask for feedback. However, I want to reflect on something that I realized this morning upon update. I have surpassed A Slave's Freedom in word count, and I have achieved a milestone as an author: writing over 50k words for one fic. I have never done this before, and I think it's mostly due to circumstance that I haven't gotten it earlier. The original A Slave's Freedom was at 41k and the current iteration is just shy of 50k threshold. So the fact that I crossed that threshold with this fic is... awesome, not going to lie. Hope to continue writing more of it here, as we do have a bit of a ways to go before hitting the ending. For those who are curious, the next chapter will have a bit of a time jump so just be warned.
